The Tools tab provides utilities for monitoring, troubleshooting, and managing your Mautic Integration for WooCommerce installation. You can find it under WooCommerce > Mautic Integration > Tools.
This section is divided into four main areas:
- Sync Log – A database-backed log that records every sync operation between WooCommerce and Mautic. Each entry shows the object type, status, and any error messages, making it easy to identify and diagnose sync failures.
- Diagnostics – A system information panel that displays your WordPress, WooCommerce, and PHP versions, along with the current authentication method, enabled modules, and database version. This information is helpful when requesting support.
- Wootic Migration – A one-click migration tool for users upgrading from the old Wootic plugin. It detects legacy settings stored in the database and imports them into the new plugin format. A cleanup button is also available to remove old settings after migration.
- WooCommerce Logs – A link to the WooCommerce logging system where the plugin writes detailed log entries. Debug mode can be enabled from the Connection tab to capture all API requests and responses.
