You can also unsubscribe an email from a list using the Contact Form 7 Klaviyo Integration.
- Enable the “Klaviyo Unsubscribe” feature
- You will then be able to select the email field and the list that you would like to unsubscribe that email from.
The contact form will look the same as any other except instead of a subscription, the email will be unsubscribed IF the email exist in the list.
