This page walks you through installing the plugin and activating your license.
Step 1: Download the Plugin
After purchasing your license, you will receive an email with a download link for the plugin ZIP file. Download the file to your computer.
Step 2: Upload and Install
- In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins > Add New.
- Click the Upload Plugin button at the top of the page.
- Click Choose File and select the ZIP file you downloaded.
- Click Install Now.
- Once installation is complete, click Activate Plugin.
Step 3: Activate Your License
After activation, the plugin will prompt you to enter your license key. You can also access the license activation screen at any time from the Mautic WooCommerce menu in your WordPress admin sidebar.
- Go to Mautic WooCommerce in your admin sidebar.
- Enter the license key from your purchase confirmation email.
- Click Activate.
Once activated, you will have full access to the plugin settings and all features.
Upgrading the Plugin
When a new version is available, you will see an update notification in your WordPress admin just like any other plugin. Click Update Now to upgrade. Your settings and data are preserved across updates.
The plugin includes automatic database upgrades. If a new version adds or changes database tables, the upgrade runs automatically when you visit your WordPress admin after updating.
Deactivating or Uninstalling
Deactivating the plugin stops all syncing and scheduled tasks but preserves your settings and data. You can reactivate at any time and pick up where you left off.
Uninstalling (deleting) the plugin removes all plugin data from your database, including:
- All plugin settings
- The abandoned carts database table
- The sync log database table
- Any recovery coupons generated by the plugin
- Marketing consent user meta
- All scheduled cron events
Data already synced to Mautic is not affected by uninstalling the plugin. Your Mautic contacts and their data remain in Mautic.
