This section covers common issues you may encounter when using Mautic Integration for WooCommerce and how to resolve them. Most problems fall into one of three categories: connection failures, sync not working, or abandoned cart issues.
Before diving into specific issues, there are two general steps you should always take first when something is not working as expected:
- Enable Debug Mode – Go to WooCommerce > Mautic Integration > Connection and turn on debug logging. This records detailed information about every API request and sync operation. See the Debug Mode article for details.
- Check the logs – Go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and look for log files with the source name mautic-integration-woocommerce. Error messages in the logs usually point directly to the cause of the problem.
You can also check the Sync Log under WooCommerce > Mautic Integration > Tools for a record of every sync operation and its outcome.
